The successful candidate must be an experienced medical writer and editor, must have the ability to lead mid and senior level professionals, and be able to function decisively in a production-focused, deadline-driven work environment. Must also be detail-oriented and a creative multi-tasker. Must have the ability to work with prominent faculty in a collaborative environment editing as well as writing medical material for publication (monographs, manuscripts, posters, etc.) or for use at medical conferences (slide decks, speaker notes, etc.) Previous medical education experience is required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in journalism, life sciences, and/or education. Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the field of continuing healthcare education and/or healthcare publishing/journalism, and proven experience in management.
