Job Description:
GenomeWeb News is looking for an experienced reporter to edit BioInform, the leading weekly newsletter covering bioinformatics, computational biology, and life science information technology.

WHO WE WANT:
A motivated reporter who can uncover scoops in this quickly evolving field. You must have experience on a daily or weekly news publication covering biotechnology or information technology. Preferred candidates will have some experience reporting on the convergence of those two fields. You should have the ability to develop and nurture sources in industry, government, and academia; to grasp complex subjects in computer science and biology; and to work under a weekly deadline. Some business reporting experience is desirable.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Cover the companies and organizations that develop, sell, and use software, hardware, and databases to support life science research.
