Positions are in house positions in NY, PA, CT, MA, CA and in London.

•Oncology clinical development experience is highly desirable and may be required depending on the specific project or portfolio need
•Professional project management certification is highly desirable.
•Excellent knowledge of the project management discipline and its application to drug development and/or commercial product management
•Experience scheduling in an MS Project environment is highly desirable
•Demonstrated ability to effectively implement the project management discipline such as developing integrated project plans, critical path management, project change control, project risk management, and decision analysis
•Technical experience in a discipline associated with drug development and/or commercial product management
•Extensive clinical operations and/or pharmaceutical business experience
•Demonstrated results in planning, initiating and executing complex program plans, including experience in budget and resource management
•Knowledge of medical and commercial issues that drive development projects/products
•Work alongside Asset Team Leader, lead development and coordination of integrated project/program plans, Development, Lifecycle, and Operating plans and ensures alignment with the overall candidate strategic plan, oncology strategic plan and partner line plans from FIP to LOE.
•Leads the development and coordination of an integrated project/program plan that enables alignment across the Research organizations and the Oncology Business Unit to ensure effective and efficient transitions from Research to Oncology BusinessUnit at the appropriate milestone Lead, develop and manage all project scheduling, resource forecasting and project controls for the delivery of the project within the desired parameters of time, cost and quality
•Defines and manages to the critical path and decision criteria
•Project Risk Analysis, Execution and Management
•Provide the Head of Project Management and/or members of Portfolio Management with project schedule, budget and resource information to enable effective portfolio management within the Oncology Business Unit
Project Point Leads, Head of Clinical Trial Units apply
