Public Outreach Consultant, Society for Personality and Social Psychology
Outside consultant, not restricted to a particular city or region of country
The Society for Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP) seeks a public outreach consultant to broadly disseminate information about advancements in research. Experience as a Public Information Officer with science writing background is highly preferred.
The public outreach consultant will work on average 8-10 hours per week at a competitive hourly rate and will attend SPSP’s major meetings. The position is scheduled to begin in July 2011. Applicants should submit a résumé, names and contact information for three professional references, and a statement of interest.
Submit application materials to SPSP@Cornell.edu. Review of applications will begin June 10, 2011.
